Vincent James

Brother Vincent L. James Sr., known as "Scrub," was born November 8, 1957, to Robert & Creola James he was the first of two children to that union.

Vincent was a retiree of West Fraser in Huttig, AR

He accepted Christ at an early age. He graduated from El Dorado High School in 1976; he was also a U.S. Veteran. Vincent coached little league basketball and had a passion for helping others.

On Friday, December 16, 2022, he was called home to be with our Lord and Savior. He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and sister.

He was united in holy matrimony to Nadine Thomas to that union two sons, Fredrick and Vincent Jr. James.

He leaves to cherish his memory his sons Fredrick (Evette) James & Vincent Jr. James, both of North Little Rock, AR, Grandchildren Raylen James,& Braxton, both of North Little Rock, AR, A'Kynlel James of El Dorado, AR, Brothers Gregory Payne,& Larry James both of Huttig, AR, Bobbie James (Latorra) James of El Dorado, AR, Sister Janice (Jesse) Washington of Oakland, CA, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Extended family Jeffery and Felicia Billings & Jerome and Lorraine Carter of Milwaukee, WI.
