Vera Monet Brown Frazier, the beloved and devoted daughter of Lillie Mae Harper Brown, and O.L. Brown was born March 20, 1968, in El Dorado, AR.

Her mother and father who by example, taught Christian values and integrity. At a young age she united with Little Bethel Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR, under the leadership of Rev Leon Miller Jr. Later in life she united with St. James Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR under the leadership of Bishop George Calloway. She would also worship with St. John Baptist Church Rev. Barry Dobson in El Dorado, AR, until she moved to Pine Bluff, AR.

On March 20, 2021, she married John Henry Frazier.

She graduated from El Dorado High School class of 1987. She went on to work for Conagra from 1987 to 2002. She went on to work at Excel from 2002 to 2007. She went on to work at Smackover Public School from 2007-2013, and PCA from 2013-2017.

Vera was a very sweet and compassionate person who was loved by all who knew her. She was the one who would help anyone she met. She was a mother, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. When and wherever she could help she did.

On February 25, 2025, she transitioned from this earthly life at Jefferson Regional Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR. She was preceded in death by her husband. Her father O.L. Brown, and her sisters Lillie Green and Lula Brown. Her brother O.L. Brown Jr. Her maternal and paternal grandparents Willie Brown, and Girthie Neal Brown. Booker and Irene Harper. Her nephews Comesico Tremayne Brown and Comesico Tremayne Pumphrey. A niece Lashonna Lashay Louis.

Survivors include her daughter Yasmine Dunlap of Pine Bluff, AR, and one goddaughter Shaquala Bell of Camden, AR. Five grandchildren Massiah Gray, and Makinley Robinson, of Pine Bluff, AR. Cartez Cook, Layla Pearson, and Future Russell all of Camden, AR. Her mother Lillie Mae Harper Brown of El Dorado, AR. Her sisters Cynthia Pumphrey, Vertie Mayweather (John), Mary Mayweather, Angela Williams (Sankeno), LaVonya Brown, and Nakeysha Brown all of El Dorado, AR. Her brothers James Brown (LaQuonna) of Minneapolis, Minnesota, Willie Brown of Hot Springs, AR Henry Brown (Kristy) of Wydeena Minnesota, Andra Harper of El Dorado, AR. A host of nieces and nephews whom she loved like her own.
