Bro. Otis Lee Phillips Sr. was born May 16, 1937, in Mt. Holly, AR, to Lonnie Phillips and Corine Moore.
On Friday, December 10, 2021, he departed his life in Mt. Holly, AR. He united with Beech Hill Baptist Church at an early age.
In 1965 he met and married Marcella Phillips, this union brought forth four children Stacey, Otis Jr., Ramona, and Opral.
He was preceded in death by his parents and son Otis Phillips Jr.
He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Marcella Phillips of Mt. Holly, AR, Three daughters Stacey Ward (William) of Mt. Holly, Ramona Fogle (Virgil) of Camden, AR; Opral Phillips of Smackover, AR, Two brothers, Van Phillips (Thelma) of El Dorado, AR, Lavell Moore (Michelle) of El Dorado, AR, A Special cousin Bobby Joe Creer, Five grandchildren, Devonte, Tyrek, Sequan, Adrianna, and ViNiya.
