Martha Benton

Martha Ann Benton, was born July 18, 1951 to Margaret Benton and Herman Benton, who proceeded her in death. Martha was the youngest child born to her parents and made her peaceful transition at her home, Tuesday, January 14, 2025.

Martha attended school in Eldorado, Arkansas and was a graduate of Eldorado High School. She attended college and obtained several business degrees and also earned a degree in medical transcripts in Detroit, Michigan. Martha enjoyed cooking and trying new recipes. She also enjoyed taking care of her plants.

She began her Christian journey at an early age and became a member of Triumphant Church Kingdom of God in Christ under the leadership of Bishop Sam Scott where she served as the County Presider's State Secretary. She was a faithful steward until her health failed and she recede her wings.

Leaving to cherish her precious memories: is her son, Mark Roman Ross of Eldorado, Arkansas; eight grandchildren, Demarco, LaDarius, Shemekia, Taekwan, Tatiana, Karsten, Tynasia and Mara; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Clara Scott and Kathalene Wade; a village of nieces and nephews, a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
