Linda Crew-Burns

Minister Linda Crew Burns was born October 12.1954 in Strong, AR to L.B., and Willie Bell Crew. She departed this life on September 11, 2019, at St. Vincent, Little Rock, AR.

Linda was a member of the EHS Class of 1972. She was employed with different companies, but her most cherished position was with El Dorado Connection. Even though Linda did not have any children of her own, she nurtured and raised several family members, including her brothers. She accepted her calling into ministry and served faithfully at Divine Destiny International ministries.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Those left to cherish her memory: Four brothers, Larry (Pamela) Crew, Jacksonville, AR, and Wayne (Jenenda) Crew, Dwayne Crew; Vernon Crew all of El Dorado, AR. Children, Nichole and Nicholas Crew, Kim Miles, Grandchildren, Jasmine, and Eligah Brazzle. One special uncle; Eddie L. Ross (Delois). She also leaves a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

Public Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Thursday, September 19, 2019, at Sims Mortuary. Funeral services will be Friday, September 20, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at St. John Baptist Church.
