Gloria Critton Miller was born April 30, 1958 in Emerson Arkansas to Ada Critton and the late Doyce Ray Critton Sr.
Gloria married Dale Lee Miller on April 26, 1986 and kept the vows of “until death do us part.” She transitioned from her earthly body on November 26, 2020 at River Regional Medical Center in Vicksburg Mississippi.
Gloria was employed on several jobs until her health would no longer allow her to work. Some years later she became the first employee of Empire Real Estate/Properties as an Administrative Assistant.
She was a member of first St. James missionary Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school and was a doorkeeper for the house of the Lord for many years.
Gloria wore many hats in her family. Those hats included comedian cheerleader support system motivator and best friend. She also loves to fish if someone would bait her hook. Gloria was the life of the party.
Gloria was preceded in death by one daughter Artorba Williams one son Eddie “Cupid” Mosley both of El Dorado AR two sisters Linda Doss and Gwendolyn Bell both of Detroit MI. Two brothers Doyce “Bug” Critton Jr. and Terry “T-Bone“ Critton Sr. both of El Dorado AR. her maternal and paternal grandparents.
She leaves the broken hearted to cherish her memory a loving husband Dale Lee Miller her mother Ada Critton two sons Oyama Williams (Cynthia) Antonio Critton two sisters Joyce Johnson (Lovell) and Debra Willis one big brother Micheal Critton three grand daughters SheaCarla Williams Amyiah Williams and Chynne Critton one great grand daughter Kailani Mendenhall all of El Dorado AR. She also leaves one uncle two aunts and a host of nieces nephews cousins friends and in-laws.
