Fredrico Henry was born on July 29, 1980, in El Dorado, AR, to Fredrick Henry and Angela Elliott.
Rico attended school at El Dorado High School. He was very fond of his classmates and loved the class of 2000. And later in life, he loved the way the class showed him love with his disability at his class reunion.
Rico was employed with Fred's, Walmart, and Pilgrim's Pride. He later went to Shreveport LA for Technical Training School to become a Technician for Direct TV where he was employed until his health failed.
Rico accepted Christ as His Lord and Savior. He became a member at Jerusalem Quinn and later became a faithful member at Mt. Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
Rico was always known for that big infectious smile. He always loved to joke and keep everyone laughing. You could always smell his cologne before you saw him. He always dressed fresh from head to toe. He loved spending time with his friends and family. He looked forward to spending time with his father Rev. John Elliott every Thursday. He got joy out of dressing up and going to the doctor and church because everyone always made him feel good and encouraged him. He loved His children and loved to play with his grandbabies.
Through his desire to get closer to God, he started a prayer line with friends that eventually spread to others in big numbers. Some may have seen his situation as a disability, but he saw it as a Blessed Ability because through his disability he was led into a safe relationship with Jesus Christ. Through this, he came up with the Blessed Abilities clothing line along with Darius Williams, Chris Richards, and Antonio Henry.
On February 23, 2025, the Lord called Rico to his eternal rest.
Rico is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Wilson (Buddy) Henry and Gladys (Bae Bae) Henry, and maternal grandparents, Felton and Rivers Miller. Uncles; Kenny Henry and Tony Henry.
Rico's memories will be cherished by many. He was survived by his father, Fredrick Henry. His mother, Angela (Rev. John) Elliott. Sisters; Emoneshia Cheatham, Shakidra Elliott, Latoya Henry, Camrain Henry, and Jennifer Spencer. Brothers; Jeremy Elliott, Brian Charles, Marcus Dillion, and Patrick Lovett. Children; Fredrico Henry Jr, Kem'ya Shelton, Kimbreuna Henry, Kendreuna Henry, Rhianna Henry, and Kimbella Henry. Five grandchildren. A host of nieces and nephews, and extended family who will miss him dearly.
