Felix "Punkin" Bernard Goodwin

Felix Goodwin was born September 9, 1968 to R.T. and Mary Goodwin. He accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Smackover School District. Felix was employed at Dixie Maintenance until his health would no longer allow him to labor. He was a member of First Baptist Church. He leaves a life of legacy with his parents, R. T. and Mary Goodwin; his twin sister, Phyllis Goodwin; one son, Damontee Goodwin of Little Rock, AR; one daughter, Caitlyn Turner of Smackover, AR; a brother, Stephon Leslie of Texarkana Texas; one sister, Stephane Leslie of Smackover, AR; one grandchild, Jaxson Ponder; three special cousins, Sharon Miller, Karen Richardson and Delphene Johnson, as well as, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends. Public visitation will be Friday, June 22, 2018 from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Sims Mortuary. Funeral Services will be Saturday, June 23, 2018 from at 2:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church with Rev. Calvin Carroll, eulogist. Interment will be at Primm Cemetery in Sandy Land, Arkansas under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
