Emory "Ironman" Cheatham was born on May 2, 1963, to Emory and Robertine Cheatham in El Dorado, AR.
He united in holy matrimony to Ruthie Taylor on October 1, 1997, and they were married for 28 years.
He joined Evergreen Church at an early age; he became a Deacon and then a Reverend. He remained there till he later joined St. James and worked at ConAgra for 15 years as a lead person and a USDA inspector; due to his health, he had to pursue a less strenuous job, and he later was employed by SADCCF. He loved riding in his Cadillac playing his blues, he loved doing all types of work, and he was a "Jack of all Trades."
Emory is preceded in death by his father, Emory Cheatham Sr., paternal grandparents, Charlie and Ethel Washington, maternal Grandparents Crawford and Jessie Mack, and brother Frederick Cheatham.
Emory leaves his cherished memories to his Wife of 28 years, Ruthie Cheatham; children, Nicole Celbreath, Andreana "Tee" Dansby, Emoneshia Cheatham, Emerald Cheatham, Rachard Hunter, Kariba Carter, Bryere Hunter, and Makado Kemp; Mother, Robertine Cheatham, siblings, Rev.
