Jimmy was born February 22, 1952 in Wesson, AR to the union of John Williams and Mae Francis Williams who precedes him in death. He retired from the Rail Road Company and worked for the Barnette’s until his death.
He is also preceded in death his Grandfather Richard Davenport and Grandmother Sarah Davenport and Brothers Benny Williams, Dossie L. Williams, and Willie Williams.
He is survived by his one and only child Crystal Minor (Patrick) El Dorado, AR, 4 Sisters: Annie M. Wright, Calion, AR, Dessa M. Dickerson, El Dorado, AR, Ester M. Allen, Arkadelphia and Gloria Jean White, and Aunt Queen Esther Williams, Detroit, Michigan. 3 Brothers Johnnie Williams, Larry Williams and Leroy Williams (Morris Jean) all of El Dorado, Arkansas.
He also leaves to cherish his precious memories 3 grandchildren: Christian Minor, Earl E. Green (Lil Earl ) El Dorado, AR, Deja Murphy (Texarkana, AR) and one great-grandchild, Nigel Greenand special friends Rodney Barnette (Susan) El Dorado, AR and Mrs. Patricia Griffin (PV) Wesson, AR, and a host of nieces nephews, relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Jesse Williams, Dossie Williams Jr., Robert White, James McElroy, Bruce Sanders and Calvin Glo
Visitation will be Friday, April 19, 2019 from 1p.m. until 5:00 p.m at Sims Mortuary. Funeral service at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 20, 2019 at Morning Star Baptist Church #2.
