Cassie Bell Watson

Cassie B. Ford Watson was born on June 28, 1947, in El Dorado, Arkansas, to Curtis Ford and Lizzie B. Tubbs Ford. She accepted Christ as a young Lady and was a faithful member of Shady Grove Baptist Church. She later joined St. James Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop George Calloway.

She attended school in Mount Holly, where she made lasting bonds and friendships. Cassie was a hard-working woman that became her own boss by owning her own hair salon. Cassie was a woman that enjoyed dancing, fishing, and children.
She was called home on Sunday, July 9, 2023, to be with her Heavenly Father.
She is preceded in death by both parents, son Stacy Watson, brothers Charlie (CH) Ford, Leon Ford, Levell Ford, Sister Annze Mae Cobb, Leela Murphy, Earrie Lee Tubbs, Annie Pearl, and Glory J. Davis.

Though her presence leaves a void, her memory will never fade. She leaves two sons, John Wayne Ford and Dashawn Watson, both of El Dorado, Arkansas; three daughters, Linda Ann Wiley, Selethia (Lisa) Skeine, and Siliba (Toya) Tubbs, all of El Dorado, Arkansas; two brothers Jimmy Davis, Ronnie Brown, both of El Dorado, Arkansas; three sisters Catherine Welch, Betty Ann Miller, Lizzie Hatter, all of El Dorado, Arkansas. She also leaves a host of grand & great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
