Angelina “Twin” Collins Walters was a caring mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She left this world on August 16, 2023, at the age of 50.

Angelina was born to the late Herman Lee Green and Thelma Marie Pickett Collins on June 13, 1973, in Warren, Arkansas, and accepted Christ as her Heavenly Father at a young age. She was a member of the Greater New Calvary Church of God In Christ in Camden, Arkansas.

Angelina was a proud and beloved member of the Class of 1992 at Hampton High School in Hampton, Arkansas. After graduating from high school, Angelina continued to be a vibrant part of the Hampton community, where she was often found playing cards and listening to blues. She was also a valued employee at Armtec Defense Technologies for 18 years.

In 1990, Angelina welcomed her first child, Angelica Nicole Collins, and later a son, Christopher Dewayne Walters, with her husband, the late James Willie Walters, in 1997.

Angelina leaves to cherish her loving memory of her children, Angelica Collins of Fordyce, Arkansas, and Christopher Walters of Camden, Arkansas. She also will leave behind her stepchildren Sophia Walter Burger of Chicago, Illinois; Shirley Walter Russell of Murfreesboro, TN; Jackie Ambrose of Chicago, IL; Stephanie Ambrose of Kankakee, IL, Cornelis Walters of Chicago, IL; James Walter, Jr. of Hampton, Arkansas, and Dexter Walter of South Carolina.

Also, she leaves behind her twin sister Angela “Pokey” Williams of Hampton, Arkansas, and her other sisters Brenda Strong(Odie, Jr.) of Locust Bayou, Arkansas; Belinda Collins and Connie Collins of Kenosha, Wisconsin; Melissa Collins of Fordyce, Arkansas; Theresa Price of Hampton, Arkansas; and Shantel Collins and Robin Beard of Camden, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Tiny Marie Collins, Linda Kay Ware, and Lisa “Little Mama” Partman. She also leaves behind her brothers James Edwards Collins (Misun) of Washington, D.C.; Charles Collins of Kenosha, Wisconsin; Randy Collins of Los Angeles, California; and Ernest Green of Johnsville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bobby Ray Collins, Christopher Collins, and Curtis Collins.

She also leaves 5 beloved grandchildren: Antonio Jordan, Tyrell Smith, Jr., Mar’Tavion Jones, Angelisa Gill, and Kayson Walters.  Terrence Collins preceded her in death. She also was the grandmother to Jeremy Andrews, Zachary Walter, Demetrius Walter, Edward Russell, Jr., Takina Hadden, Tarianna Valasquez, Angela Walter, Loren Walter, Lillian Walter, and Calvin Walter.
She will also live on in the memories of a host of great-grandchildren, aunts, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
