Henry Paige

Bro. Henry Paige was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on August 19, 1913, the son of Amos and Nora Hill Paige. He departed this life on January 22, 2007 at his residence. He was a Truck Driver, retired from Cooper Tire Company and a United States Veteran. Mr. Paige was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, sibling and two sons, Henry Paige, Jr. and Nathaniel Paige; two daughters Alene Gatson and Merlin Faye Washington and two great-grandchildren. He leaves to cherish his memories; one son, Winston Paige of Dallas, Texas; seven daughters, Evangelist Jean Morgan, Lillie Pride and Loriene Ballard all of Dallas, Texas, Lois Minor, Selma, Alabama, Annie P. Tate, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Latunia Balous and Dewanda Paige both of El Dorado, Arkansas; 31 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren and 18 great-greatgrandchildren. Homegoing Services for Mr. Henry Paige will be held on Saturday, Janaury 27, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at Lee Chapel A.M.E., El Dorado, Arkansas, with the Rev. Eddie R. Moore and Bishop Orlen Pride officiating. Interment will follow in the Free Union Cemetery, El Dorado, Arkansas under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation at the Funeral Home will be, Friday, January 26, 2007 from 8:30am-5:30pm and Saturday from 8:30-9:30am. Family Hour Friday, 6pm-7pm.
