Ola B "Rock Ola" Traylor

Ola B. "Rock Ola" Traylor was born on November 12, 1936 in Urbana, Arkansas, the daughter of Collin and Marie Norman McHenry. She departed this life on Friday, December 1, 2006 in Arkansas Children's Hospital, Little Rock, Arkansas. Ola was married to C. J. Traylor and to this union nine children were born. She was a dedicated mother and loved her family. She watched over everyone in the community. Everyone loved "Rock Ola'. She worked as a nurse assistant. She was a member of the Old Path Church of God in Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, three sons, James Traylor, Randy Traylor and Melvin Traylor; two brothers, Jesses McHenry and R. J. McHenry. Rock leaves to cherish her loving memories; three sons, C. J. Traylor of Oakland, California, Beryl Traylor and Barry Wayne Traylor(Mary Ann) both of Dallas, Texas; three daughters, Ola Marie Jones(Joe B.) of Ashtabula, Ohio, Dell Ressa Drumgold of El Dorado, Arkansas and Theressa Elaine Malone of Dallas, Texas; one brother, B. J. McHenry of Tacoma, Washington; two sisters, Rubie Jean Williams of Tacoma, Washington and Rubie Lee McMurrian of El Dorado, Arkansas; 30 grandchildren and 28 great-grandchildren; a host of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. A homegoing memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2006 at 2:00p.m. at the Old Path Church of God in Christ, El Dorado, Arkansas with the Elder Franklin McMurrian officiating. Interment will be held in the Mt. Zion Cemetery, Urbana, Arkansas under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. No visitation. The family will receive friends at 2396 Urbana Rd., Urbana, Arkansas.
