Terry L. Jefferson

"The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want..." Psalms 23 A TIME TO BE BORN" Brother Terry L. Jefferson was born on February 5, 1963 in El Dorado, Arkansas. He was the son of Deacon Perry Jefferson and Sister Katie Billings Jefferson. A TIME TO CHOOSE: Terry realized that he would endure trials and tribulations in this life journey and knew that he would not be bare to bare them on his own, which led him at an early age to accept the Lord as his person savior. A TIME TO SERVE: He was a member of Starlight Church of God in Christ in Strong, Arkansas and would occasionally fellowship with Phillipian Church of God in Christ in Huttig, Arkansas. A TIME TO MOURN: Terry was preceded in death by his parents. The loving memories of Terry will be cherished by his three sisters: Evangelist Gayle Jefferson Ford and Carolyn Jefferson both of Dorado. Arkansas amd Recy(Fred)James of Camden, Arkansas; one nephew, Marcus Ford of El Droado, Arkansa; two special aunts; Mother Freddie Thomas and Jessie Jefferson, special friend; Patrice Cutter along with a host of relatives, dear friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly. A Homegoing Celebration for Terry will be held on Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 12:00 Noon at Starlight Church of God in Christ, Strong, Arkansas. Interment will follow in the Batts Chapel Cemetery, Huttig, Arkansas under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff.
