Catherine Waller

Sis. Catherine Waller was born on September 23, 1940 to Ike Modisette, Sr., and Marie Modisette in Junction City, Arkansas. She accepted Christ at a young age and attended school in Junction City. She departed from this life on Sunday, November 19, 2017 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. She was a faithful member of the Union ARC Baptist Church. She served as the Historian and on the Pastor’s Aide Committee. Catherine was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. Arseller Waller and to this union eight children were born. She was preceded in death by her husband; two sons, five brothers and one sister. She leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Florine (Larry)Malone of Three Creeks, AR; five sons, Billy Waller of Summerfield, LA, Archie Waller of Junction City, AR, Arseller Waller Jr., of Haynesville, LA, Ezell Waller of Haynesville, LA, Odell Waller of Dallas, TX; fourteen grandchildren, three great-grandchildren. She also leaves brothers, Lonnie Modisette of Dallas, TX, James Modisette of Muskegon, MI, Elbert Modisette of Dallas, TX, Donzo Modisette of Junction City, AR; sisters, Pearline Gosby of Dallas, TX, Corine (James) Jones of Haynesville, AR and Verlean Fielding of Haynesville, LA and a host nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral service will be Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Union ARC Baptist Church in Dodge City, Arkansas with Rev. Anthony Thompson, officiating. All public viewing will be after the service. Interment at Union ARC Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
