Sterling Jackson Williams

"The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want."Psalms 23 Sterling Jackson Williams, Jr. was born on March 8, 1961 in Oakland, California to the late Sterling Jackson, Sr. and Virginia Brown. He graduated from Boy Camps in 1979 in California. Sterling was an employee at Murphy Motors in El Dorado, Arkansas for a number of years. He was a man of many talents and hobbies, but most of all he had a love for his family,fishing and working on cars. Sterling loving and fond memories will be cherished by his fiance' Linda Perkins; a son Justin Austin; a daughter Kimberly Ford; two brothers, LeRoy Williams of Oakland, California and Dennis Brown of Alameda, California; two sisters, Billie Boykins of Beverly, California and Helen Tatum of El Dorado, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Maurice, Naketha and Kierra Ford along with a host of other relatives and friends who will miss him tremendously. Homegoing services will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. St. James Baptist Church with Rev. George Calloway officiating. Interment to follow in the Siloam Cemetery, Crossett, Arkansas under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff.
