"The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want." Psalms 23 On Novemeber 9, 1939 in El Dorado, Arkansas the Lord saw fit to bless Ocie and Dossie Frazier with a healthy and strong son whom they named Jessie Lee Frazier. He was a member of Zion Watch Baptist Church. His hobbies consisted of fishing, cooking, watching movies and spending time with family and grandchildren. He was an employee of El Dorado Water Utilities as a heavy equipment operator. After twenty-one years of service he retired home to enjoy the fruits of his labor. In 1979, Jessie was united in holy matrimony to Martha Jean Williams Frazier and through this union they were blessed with nine children, Karen, Jessie Jr., Aretha, Teresa, Marcia, Patrick, Tina, Tamyika and Wilford. Jessie was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Thomas James Frazier, Ezell Frazier and James Roberts Frazier, one sister, Dorothy Ridgell Frazier and his first wife, Mettie Lee Fortner. His loving memories will be cherished by his wife of forty-three years, Martha Jean Williams Frazier of El Dorado, Arkansas; three sons, Jessie(Kimberly) Frazier, Jr., Patrick(Jessica)Frazier and Wilford(Samantha)Frazier;six daughters, Karen Frazier, Aretha Frazier, Teresa Frazier, Marcia Williams(Anthony)Thompson, Tina Frazier and Tamyika Frazier; 18 grandchidlren; 3 grea-greatgrandchildren; one brother Odessa Frazier; five sisters, Becky Frazier, Elliewee McDaniels, Earnestine Hedgwood, Betty Jean Frazier and Melissa Lawson; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends who will miss him dearly. Homegoing Serives will be held on Saturday, January 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at Zion Watch Baptist Church, El Dorado, Arkansas. Interment will follow in the Zion Watch Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home Thursday, December 31, 2015 from9:00 to 4:00 p.m.
