Bobby Lee "Rusty" King

"The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want." Bobby Lee "Rusty King was born in El Dorado, Arkansas on October 30, 1949, the son of Allen and Lillie Mae Gill King. At an early age he joined the Olive Branch Missionary Baptist Church where he was faithful until his health failed. Rusty was an avid angler who loved to fish. He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Clark Allen King. He leaves to cherish his loving memories; one son, Kenneth Victor King of Los Angeles, California and one daughter, Bobbie L. King of Camden, Arkansas; four brothers, David King and Roy King both of El Dorado, Arkansas, Robert King of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Jimmy Joe KIng of Los Angeles, California; three sisters, Deltha Lovett, Robertine George and Mary Ann Shutes all of El Dorado, Arkansas; two uncles, George Gill, J. of Minneapolis, Minnesota, John Gill of El Dorado, Arkanas; two aunts, Juanita Moore of El Dorado, Arkansas and Bessie Koheim of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; a host of nephews, neices, cousins and friends. A homegoing celebration for Mr. King will be held on Saturday,September 20, 2008 at 11:00 at Olive Branch Missionary Church/Trinity Baptist Church with the Rev. Eugene Farley, officiating. Interment will follow in the Arlington Memorial Gardens Cemetery, under the diretion of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation at the funeral home will be held on Friday, September 19, 2008 from 9-5pm and Saturday, September 20, from 8:30-9:30am.
