Ravell Sumler

I come to the garden alone While the dew is still on the roses And the voice I hear falling on my ear The Son of God discloses. Ravell Sumler was born on February 12, 1938 in Summerfield, LA the daughter of Willie and Theoria Randolph Eutsey.   She departed this life on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at John R. Williamson Hospice House, El Dorado, AR.   She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Theodis Samuels, three brothers and three sisters.   She retired from Potlatch Company as a grader.   She was a faithful member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Hampton, AR where she was a member of the Choir.   She is survived by two brothers, Novell Eutsey of Dallas, TX, Neltha Eutsey of El Dorado, AR and two sisters, Lue Ella Stanley of El Dorado, AR and Sarah Jean Lampkin of Oakland, CA; three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.There will be no visitation. Viewing will take place at the service only. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday July 1,2014  at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Hampton, with the Rev. George Williams officiating.
