Delorise O'Guinn

"The Lord is my Shepherd" Sister Delorise O'Guinn was born on February 27, 1953 in El Dorado, Arkansas, the daughter of Moses L. and Ella Mae Crew Golden. She departed this life on Friday, June 27, 2008 in Lifetouch Hospice, El Dorado, Arkansas. Delorise was a graduate of El Dorado High School. She worked for Georgia Pacific for seven years and El Dorado Paper Bag for fourteen years. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one grandchild. Delorise leaves to cherish her loving memories, her husband of 23 years, Arvin Nelson of El Dorado, Arkansas, one son, Dennis C. O'Guinn and one daughter, Kimeco D. O'Guinn both of El Dorado, Arkansas; two brothers, Moses L. Golden, Jr. of Brick, New Jersey and Charles M. Golden of St. Petersburg, Florida; five sisters, Bobby J. Berry(Aaron), Ella R. Irby(Phil), Earline Whitten(Bobby), Ruby J. Hankins(Sam) and Wendy Golden all of Junction City, Kansas; two grandchildren, Aubrielle King and Carmello Johnson; a host of other relatives and friends. A homegoing celebration for Delorise will be held on Monday, June 30, 2008 at the graveside, Lott Burgy Cemetery, 11:00 a.m.with the Rev. Felton Burgie officiating. Interment will follow at Lott Burgy under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
