Dorothy Turner

"The Lord is my Sheperd" Sis. Dorothy Turner was born on May 12, 1924 in Wesson, Arkansas the daughter of Benson and Nora Williams McDuffie, Sr. She departed this life on May 31, 2008 in Courtyard Nursing Home, El Dorado, Arkansas. She was a homemaker and a member of Beulah Grove Baptist Church, Wesson, Arkansas where she was a faithful member. Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Artilus Turner, a son Jimmy Ray Loggins and a sister, Hazel King. She leaves to cherish her loving memories, one daughter, Shirley Keel of El Dorado, Arkanas; two brothers, Lennis McDuffie of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Benson McDuffie, Jr. of El Dorado, Arkansas; two grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Homegoing Celebration of Sis. Turner will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Beulah Grove Baptist Church, Wesson, Arkansas with the Dr. Enzeo White. Interment will follow in the Beulah Grove Cemetery under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visiation will be held at the Funeral Home, Friday, May 6 from 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday, May 7 from 8:30-10:30am. The family will be at the home of Benson and Lee McDuffie, 530 Russell, El Dorado, Arkansas.
