Clara Dixon Clark

" Let not your heart be troubled" Sis. Clara Dixon Clark was born on June 29, 1924 in Union County, AR, the daughter of Ralph and Edna Johnson Dixon. She was owner and operator of Clara's Sandwich Shop in Calion, Arkansas. Miss Clara was a member of Jerusalem Quinn Baptist Church, El Dorado, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe B. Clark and one son, Arvell Clark. She leaves to cherish her memories; four sisters, Wilma Miles of Buffalo, New York, Orean Sherman of El Dorado, Arkansas, Abee Harris of Winfield, Louisiana and Dorothy Heard of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. A celebration of Miss Clara's life will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. at Jerusalem Quinn Baptist Church, El Dorado, Arkansas with the Rev. B.C. Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Jerusalem Quinn Cemetery under the direction of the Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home on Friday, November 30, 2007 from 9:00am-5:00 p.m. and Saturday, December 1, 2007 from 8:30-11:30am.
