August 15, 1934 — June 5, 2007

Freddie Frazier was born August 15, 1934, in Minden, Louisiana. He was the son of the late Pearline Beasley and Breon Frazier. Bro. Frazier was employed at Pilgrim's Pride for more than forty(40) years with a perfect attendance record upon his retirement. He was a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church and attended services at Miles Memorial Church of God in Christ as well. Bro. Frazier loved fishing, hunting, playing his guitar to gospel music and he truly loved spending quality time with family and friends. Freddie Frazier was a fun-loving and caring man. Through the years, he came to love hearing and reading the word of God and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. Freddie leaves to cherish many wonderful memories his wife of forty-five years, Mary Alice Frazier of El Dorado, Arkansas; a daughter, Jacqueline Frazier-Lewis of El Dorado, Arkansas; a sister, Lillie Faye Turner of Dallas, Texas; two brothers, Claudie Thomas of El Dorado, Arkansas and Edward L. Staples of Garland, Texas; three grandchildren, Vatasha A. Frazier of Indianapolis, Indiana, Jamarian S. Frazier and Ronald Lewis, Jr. of El Dorado, Arkansas; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends. Homegoing Services for Bro. Frazier will be held on Saturday, June 9, 2007, 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. John Elliott officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary Staff. Visitation at the Funeral Home will be Friday, June 8,2007 from 9:00-5:00 p.m. and Saturday, June 9, 2007 from 8:00-9:00 a.m. To order memorial trees or send flowers to the family in memory of Freddie Frazier, please visit our flower store.
